Software License Agreement

This software product is licensed, not sold. Gosyen UG (haftungsbeschränkt) 
grants to you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use 
the copy of the software provided with this EULA in your software product
development. The right to distribute this software component as part of an 
application sold to end-users may be limited, as outlined in the corresponding 
product description. Further restrictions may apply, including, but not limited 
to, time and volume limitations. 

You may use the software on a single seat basis only. Concurrent use requires 
additional licenses.

You are advised to evaluate the functionality and limitations of the trial 
version of this software before buying. No refunds are made. 

Updates are provided free of charge within the specified Ques3D release only.
Mayor extensions of the functionality are considered a new product.

You may not loan, rent, or lease the Software. 

Modifying, translating, renting, copying, transferring or assigning all or 
part of the software, or any rights granted hereunder, to any other persons 
and removing any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the software is 
strictly prohibited. Furthermore, you hereby agree not to create derivative 
works based on the software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS 
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, 
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, 
ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER 
DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
